At Avanti Homecare we understand that taking medication safely is extremely important. All our carers are trained in safe handling of medication administration.
We can help to prepare your medication, prompt you to take your medication or we can administer & monitor your medication. Our carers will ensure all preparation and administration of medication is recorded on the pharmacy medication administration record (MAR sheet). Carers can also assist you to apply prescribed creams/ointments and eyedrops.
