Our Ilkeston branch opened on 1st January 2019 and is the first Avanti Homecare branch. Our brilliant Ilkeston care team provide quality, reliable care services in the Ilkeston area including: West Hallam, Kirk Hallam, Shipley, Mapperley, Stanton by Dale, Stanley Common, Risley, Cossall and Awsworth.
The Ilkeston care team is led by Lucy Middleton (Registered Manager). Lucy has 14 years experience in domiciliary care and is our Chief Care Officer. Lucy has a wealth of knowledge, experience and passion that she brings to the Avanti team. She is supported by Noureen Ahktar (Care Quality Manager) and Elayna Middleton (Senior Care Coordinator).

Lucy Middleton is Registered with the CQC as Manager of the branch. She brings over 10 years care leading experience and learning to the role. Lucy is passionate about making a difference and ensuring both our staff and clients are cared for to the highest standard.

Care Quality Manager
Noureen Akhtar has spent 5 years working in elderly care, with the last 2 in management, she brings her caring nature and attention to detail to her role overseeing care quality.
Elayna
Senior Care Coordinator
Elayna Middleton started with us a carer and through her love of care and brilliant attention to detail, progressed to a Care Coordinator at our Ilkeston branch. Her job is to help support our team and the registered manager in all aspects of the role.
