Meet Our Ripley Team

Our Ripley branch is led by Louise, Registered Manager, who brings over 15 years of management experience and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care. Louise is committed to maintaining the highest standards, ensuring every client receives the personalised support, kindness and respect they deserve.

Supporting Louise is Matthew, Deputy Branch Manager (Maternity Cover), who helps oversee the day-to-day running of the branch and supports the wider care team.

Hayley, Care Quality Manager, plays an important role in maintaining our high standards of care, working closely with clients, families and carers to ensure the support we provide continues to meet individual needs.

Our Senior Care Coordinator, Kate helps keep everything running smoothly, coordinating care visits and supporting our carers to deliver consistent, reliable care.

Together, our Ripley management team and dedicated Homecare Assistants share one goal: to provide the same quality of care we would want for our own loved ones.
