🌟 Care Coordination & Scheduling: Creating and managing weekly rotas that work for both clients and carers.
🤝 Office & Team Support: Supporting carers, handling enquiries, and keeping systems up to date.
đź“ť Quality & Compliance: Working closely with management to maintain safe, outstanding care standards.
đź“ž On-Call Responsibility, with additional pay: One week in every four (including weekends) as part of the management team.
