📢 We are hiring for a Senior Care Coordinator to join our Ripley branch!
Join our multi-award-winning, family-run business as a Senior Care Coordinator and help ensure our care services run smoothly and person-centred every day.
🌟 Care Coordination & Scheduling: Creating and managing weekly rotas that work for both clients and carers.
🤝 Office & Team Support: Supporting carers, handling enquiries, and keeping systems up to date.
📝 Quality & Compliance: Working closely with management to maintain safe, outstanding care standards.
📞 On-Call Responsibility, with additional pay: One week in every four (including weekends) as part of the management team.

💼 Bring your experience: We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of care experience, rota/scheduling expertise, strong IT and office skills, junior management experience, and a Level 3 Diploma (or working towards it), plus a full UK driving licence.
