What is your job at Avanti?
As a Care Quality Manager my responsibility is to make sure we are meeting and adapting to your needs. Every couple of months, I’ll be coming to see you so that we can have a chat about how you are, what’s going well with your care and what you would like us to improve on. If you have any concerns, I’ll make sure we take action right away and connect with any other health professionals you might need. I regularly visit clients’ homes alongside our care team to ensure we’re maintaining the highest standards. I absolutely love working with our wonderful team and getting to meet clients like you. I can’t wait to see you soon!
What do you love most about your job?
I really enjoy getting out into the community and working alongside our amazing carers, helping them shine and be their best. It’s also fantastic to meet our clients, get to know them, and build strong, positive relationships. Being part of their journey and seeing the impact of our support is what makes this work so rewarding for me!
What do you like doing outside of work?
In my free time, I love hanging out with my family and spending time by the sea, whether it’s on a trip abroad or in Wales. I also have two dogs (Betsie and Rosie) who mean the world to me. I really enjoy taking them for walks and watching them have fun playing together.
