Our second branch is based in Ripley (Derbyshire). Our growing Ripley care team provide our excellent Avanti quality care services in Ripley and the surrounding areas including, Heanor, Kilburn, Belper, Ambergate, Heage, Pentrich, Somercotes, Leabrooks, and Codnor.
The Ripley care team is led by Bryan Allen (Registered Manager). Bryan brings his wealth of experience (over 15 years) as a Registered Manager to the Ripley team. Bryan aims to deliver the highest standard of care through his experience and passion for quality and excellence.

Deputy Manager
Lucy Grant works hand-in-hand with Registered Manager and plays a key role in supporting both our clients and care team—coordinating daily operations, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and making sure quality standards are always met.
Leonie
Senior Care Coordinator
Leonie Shaw carefully plans rotas to make sure every carer has enough time to provide the best possible support to every client. She stays in regular contact with GPs, social workers, and District Nurses so that any updates are shared with our team promptly.
