What is your job at Avanti?
As a Care Quality Manager my responsibility is to make sure we are meeting and adapting to your needs. Every couple of months, I’ll be coming to see you so that we can have a chat about how you are, what’s going well with your care and what you would like us to improve on. If you have any concerns, I’ll make sure we take action right away and connect with any other health professionals you might need. I regularly visit clients’ homes alongside our care team to ensure we’re maintaining the highest standards. I absolutely love working with our wonderful team and getting to meet clients like you. I can’t wait to see you soon!
What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting our clients and working with them to find the best solutions for their wellbeing. Supporting my care team to improve and be their best is something I’m truly passionate about too.
What do you like doing outside of work?
I spend most of my time with my family and my grandchildren who I love more than anything! You can also find me cooking, cleaning and shopping on a weekend.
