What is your job at Avanti?
In my role, I create the weekly staff rotas, ensuring they meet the needs of both our clients and our team. If you call the office during business hours, there’s a good chance you’ll speak with me! I also handle various administrative tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes. At Avanti, we make sure you are introduced to each carer that you meet so you are likely to have me visit you sometimes.
What do you love most about your job?
Making sure our team has rotas they are happy with and working with my colleagues to make sure you feel safe and supported in our care!
What do you like doing outside of work?
I absolutely love spending quality time with my family, whether we’re sharing meals, going on outings, or just enjoying each other’s company at home. I always make it a point to carve out some time to unwind with a good drama series on TV. It’s a great way for me to relax and enjoy some downtime after a busy day.
