What is your job at Avanti?
As the Registered Manager for our Ripley branch, my role is to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that both our clients and care team receive the support they need. I oversee all aspects of our operations, making sure that our care services are of the highest quality and that any issues are addressed promptly. You will hear from me regularly and I’ll come and visit you at least twice a year to review how your care is going. These visits are a wonderful opportunity for me to spend quality time with our clients and ensure that we’re making a positive impact on their lives.
What do you love most about your job?
I truly enjoy watching my management and care team develop and thrive, and being a part of their growth is incredibly rewarding. I’m constantly looking for new ways to better support our clients and bring a smile to their faces—that’s where I find my greatest joy.
I really enjoy spending time with my lovely family and friends. My favorite travel destination is Crete in Greece, and I love winding down on weekends by watching films.
