📢 We are hiring for an Enquiry & Opportunity Coordinator to join Avanti Homecare!
Join our multi-award-winning, family-run business in this exciting new role, supporting individuals and professionals in accessing our care services across Ripley and Ilkeston.
🌟 Enquiry Management: Be the first point of contact for new enquiries from councils, hospitals, families, and private clients.
🤝 Opportunity Coordination: Monitor and respond to care opportunities through the ADAM brokerage portal throughout the day.
đź“ť Pipeline & Dashboards: Maintain a clear enquiry pipeline and build simple dashboards to help us understand volumes, outcomes, and conversion into care hours.
đź“ž Communication & Support: Speak confidently with families, social workers, and internal teams to ensure every enquiry is handled with compassion and clarity.
🤗 Join a supportive environment: Be part of a family-run organisation dedicated to delivering outstanding, person-centred homecare across Derbyshire.
🚀 Grow your career: This full-time, office-based role offers a competitive salary of £27,000–£29,000, training, progression, and the chance to make a real impact in a growing team.
💼 Bring your skills: We’re looking for a highly organised communicator with experience using IT systems/CRMs, managing multiple enquiries, and turning data into clear reporting. Experience in care or brokerage is a strong advantage.
