As Christmas approaches, we want to take a moment to say thank you and to wish every client, family member, and colleague a very Merry Christmas. This time of year is about warmth, connection and reflecting on what really matters, and at Avanti Homecare that has never felt more true.

Celebrating the Avanti Team

Behind every visit and every thoughtful gesture is a dedicated team who care deeply about the people they support. This week, our management teams came together for a bit of festive fun and friendly competition by taking on an escape room challenge. We split into two teams and it quickly became clear that problem solving, teamwork, and plenty of laughter are strengths we all share. It was a lovely reminder that great care comes from strong relationships and that taking time to connect as a team matters just as much as the work we do every day.

 

Client Christmas Gestures

Christmas can feel very different for everyone, especially for older adults who may spend more time at home or miss loved ones who are no longer nearby. That is why this year we wanted to make sure every client felt thought of and appreciated.

We have begun rolling out our Christmas gifts to clients and we hope they bring a little extra comfort and cheer. Each client has received a personalised Avanti Homecare mug, festive shortbread, Christmas tea, and a handwritten card. The cards were lovingly handmade by our Chief Executive Officer Lis’s mum, adding a truly personal touch that reflects the heart behind everything we do.

These small gestures are about more than gifts. They are about letting people know they are seen, valued, and part of the Avanti family.
