At Avanti Homecare, we believe you have the right to know exactly what our services cost right from the start. That’s why we publish our prices here – no hidden fees, no surprises. From 30-minute visits to more comprehensive daily support, each service includes the compassionate care and family-first approach we’re known for.

Cancelling Visits

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel a scheduled visit, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. In this case, we’ll charge a reduced fee of £20 per carer to keep your time slot in our rota for future visits.

If you cancel with fewer than 24 hours’ notice, the full fee for that visit will still apply. Should you wish to cancel visits permanently, we kindly request two weeks’ notice so we can update our schedules accordingly.

We appreciate your understanding as this policy helps us maintain reliable, high-quality care for all our clients.

To help you see how our pricing works in practice, here’s an illustration of the cost for one hour of care per day:

• 1 hour of care at £26.00 per hour x 5 days = £130 (weekdays)
• 1 hour of care at £28.00 per hour x 2 days = £56 (weekends)
• 7 visit charges at £5.50 per visit = £38.50
• Total for 1 hour care per day each week = £224.50
