We are excited to announce that we have opened our brand new office in Ripley. From this office we will be covering Ripley, Codnor, Loscoe, Somercotes, Heage, Belper and Smalley.

Lucy
Registered Manager
Lucy Middleton is Registered with the CQC as Manager of the branch. Lucy is Operations Director at Avanti and has 10 years experience leading care services. Making sure that everyone is well looked after, safe and happy is Lucy’s main role.
Sinead
Deputy Manager
Sinead qualified as a Nurse in 2014 in Australia, she joined Avanti in 2019 and brings a wealth of nursing experience and a passion for client care to the role. And occasionally Tim Tams!
Courtney
Care Coordinator
Courtney has been working in care for 4 years and brings a love of care and a personal approach to her role as Care Coordinator. There’s never a dull day with Courtney around!
