Our Ilkeston branch holds a special place in Avanti Homecare’s story. Opening its doors on 1st January 2019, it was our very first branch and the beginning of our journey to providing compassionate, high-quality home care to local families.

Meet Our Ilkeston Management Team
Our Ilkeston branch is led by Danielle, Registered Manager, who oversees the day-to-day running of the branch and is dedicated to ensuring every client receives safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
Supporting Lea is Noureen, Deputy Manager, who plays a key role in maintaining our high standards through quality assurance, compliance and ongoing support for our care team.
Leona, Care Quality Manager, works closely with clients, families and carers to ensure the care we deliver consistently meets individual needs and expectations.
Keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes are Autumn, Senior Care Coordinator, and Abigail, Care Coordinator. Together, they help organise care visits, maintain continuity of care and provide essential support to both clients and our Homecare Assistants.
Together, our Ilkeston management team and dedicated Homecare Assistants share one simple commitment: to care for every client with the same kindness, dignity and respect we would want for our own family.
