What is your job at Avanti?
I work closely with Elayna and Bryan to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. I’m the first point of contact for any calls and always ready with a listening ear!. I take pride in keeping our weekly rotas up-to-date and making sure they work well for both our clients and our team. I’m here to offer support to anyone who needs it, whether it’s a shoulder to lean on or practical help. I handle all the administrative tasks for the branch, making sure everything is organised and running like clockwork. My goal is to ensure that both our clients and staff feel well-supported and valued at all times!

What do you love most about your job?
I love connecting with people and making sure they feel comfortable reaching out to me whenever they need support. It’s important to me that everyone knows they can rely on me and count on a friendly, helping hand.

What do you like doing outside of work?
I really enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family. I’m a big fan of going to the cinema and catching up on my favorite thriller TV shows. I love curling up with a good book too!
